Humorous rhyming story about a penguin who refuses to give up in his quest for flight. He believes that penguins are birds, so they belong in the sky. He launches himself off progressively higher vantage points, but always lands flat on his face. Finally, he climbs up the highest iceberg of all, Blue Giant's Head. As he crashes through the waves and struggles and tumbles, he realizes that at last he is flying in an upside-down sky!
