Author biography Meg Harper graduated from Oxford University, and worked as an English teacher and Drama teacher before becoming a children's author. She has had 10 books published and juggles her writing career alongside teaching youth theatre, being a church deacon and her passion for Tudor re-enactment. Fur is Meg's first novel for older readers and was inspired by a drama workshop on the Selkie myth and a heated debate with a colleague over the issue of body hair! Author location: Warwick
